Linkscout reserves the right to delete your account without notice should we find spam or unsolicited email containing any reference to Linkscout, your Suite or the network. If you are a Linkscout Associate you will forfeit your Membership fee and any commissions you have earned or would have earned from your personal sales or your Downline Partner sales. All that is required for you to send traffic to this site is to responsibly promote your links. It is quite fine to attach a short sig file along with your unsolicited posts to newsgroups, bulletin boards or email. SPAM will not be tolerated!

Website Appearance/Structure
This website will be changing periodically for updates, upgrades, improvements or maintenance. You understand that the appearance, loading time, links, banners, content, code, or overall concept or idea may change at any time without warning due to factors not under our control such as: server load, internet traffic, internet connections, browser types, computer speeds, etc...as well as factors which are under our control: competition, enhancements, user input, income generation, effectiveness, intuition, and personal opinion or any other cause for change. You may send email discussing a change, improvement request, or addition to this website along with reasons and possible fixes. Efforts will be made to grant your complaints or ideas should there be a reasonable dispute or enhancement, but keep in mind that this is only as a favor and is not an obligation on our part. Should you request a change and it is not granted, you may delete your information from this service at any time.

Payment
You are not obligated to upgrade your free Partner Suite to a Paid Associate Suite. Linkscout reserves the right to change the price or period of the Associate Membership at any time. Payment is due on the anniversary period following the date the account was upgraded and changes in price will not affect your membership until the next anniversary period.

Lawful Intention & Allowed Content
Linkscout reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, free or paid. Any unlawful use of Linkscout.com is prohibited and will result in immediate termination. Members may not use Linkscout's services to promote any material which is in violation of any Federal, state or local regulations. No website links to the following will be permited on Linkscout: obscene sexual material, chain letters, pyramid schemes, copyrighted material, material protected by trade secrets, threatening material, or blatant scams... any found will be deleted immediately. Although we will strive to immediately terminate unlawful and unethical listings, we will not be responsible for the content of the submissions, information obtained from Linkscout or the websites listed on linkscout.

Indemnification
Member agrees to defend and indemnify Linkscout harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, and costs, including attorney's fees for actions against Linkscout.com, its agents, members, customers, and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed, agreed or actual, or any product sold by Linkscout, member, customer, agent or employee. This indemnification includes but is not limited to liabilites arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or distributed inconncetion with Linkscout. Any material supplied or provided by member or customer infringing the proprietary rights or copyrights of another party. And any defective products sold from member or customer within or from hyperlinks found on Linkscout.com

You use Linkscout at your own risk and discretion. In no event shall Linkscout be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, links, services, products obtained through the Linkscout Network, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Linkscout Network. Linkscout will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer be it from the Linkscout Site, Partner or Associate Sites, other any other outside source linked within the Linkscout Network. Linkscout is not responsible for typographical errors contained anywhere on the Linkscout.com server or on any of the Partner or Associate websites.
